The Royal Horse Show Tack Room Competition will be judged by a panel of experts based on the following criteria:

1. Representation of the Theme: Christmas on the Farm (Maximum of 40 Points) - How well does your tack room capture the essence of a cozy Christmas on the farm? Let your imagination run wild as you deck the halls of your equestrian haven.
2. Cleanliness of Stabling Area and Adherence to Space Restrictions (Maximum of 30 Points) - Keep your stabling area in impeccable condition, and make sure you adhere to the space restrictions provided. A tidy and well-organized space is key to creating a welcoming atmosphere.
3.  Imaginative Use of Live and/or Synthetic Plant and Décor Materials (Maximum of 30 Points) - Unleash your creativity by incorporating live or synthetic plants and decor materials into your tack room design. Let your imagination bloom as you craft a delightful ambiance.

Important Note: Displays will be disqualified if the size of the display exceeds the one-meter perimeter rule as stated in The Royal Horse Show Prize List.

The Royal Winter Fair recognizes excellence and will award ribbons and prizes, courtesy of Ride Every Stride Inc., to the top three stables/barns from each division. Additionally, participation ribbons will be presented for each date block.
