"My experience boarding with Sue at Ride Every Stride was simply wonderful. If I had not moved to the east end, my mare would still be at Ride every Stride. My mare was obviously given the best of everything and she just blossomed while in Sue's care. She previously had a bad trailering experience and Sue patiently and professionally worked with her through her fear. Shew now walks on and off any trailer, thanks to Sue. I highly recommend Sue Stricker at Ride Every Stride, without a doubt."

"After 10 years of riding, I still felt like a novice. I took lessons on and off, but I always felt like I was a passenger and sometimes I was just hanging on for dear life! I have made more progress in the months working with Sue than I have since I started riding. Sue can not only see what is going wrong, she can communicate how to fix it in a way that makes sense. With her sense of humour and infinite patience, she makes even the toughest ride a positive experience. I have not only learned so much and improved noticeably, I am having the time of my life. Ride Every Stride is a great place to be. Thank you Sue!"

“I have known Sue Stricker for years through trailering my horses to and from horse shows. When trailering my horses I always knew they were in excellent hands. Safety and care were top priority to Sue, and she always went above and beyond to ensure that my horses had a comfortable ride. After years of searching for a facility where I wouldn’t worry about my horses or feel that I needed to be at the barn daily to ensure they were cared for at the highest standards, I had just about given up. That is when I heard that Sue had purchased her own facility in Rockwood. I immediately knew that this was where my horses needed to be.
When my two arrived at Ride Every Stride they were both in need of some dire TLC. Sue not only nurtured my gelding back to soundness and perfect health, but insured that both of my horses were fat, happy, and getting the care and turnout that I (and they!) had longed for. I cannot believe the turnaround I have seen in my horses. Their eyes and their coats gleam, their feet are in excellent shape, and most importantly they are sound, happy & healthy. They are so relaxed in their homes, and Sue’s kind and caring nature ensures that we as riders/owners also feel relaxed and at ease while at Ride Every Stride.
Sue, I can never thank you enough for providing the care and expertise that helped me bring my horse back to this level of health and soundness.....I never thought he would be able to be in this kind of shape again and I will be forever thankful.”

“Sue Stricker is definitely one of the most caring and knowledgeable horse people that I have ever met. Almost everyone who visits Ride Every Stride comments on the shiny coats and great condition of all the horses. Sue goes beyond the call of duty in sourcing the very best hay and feed she even feeds flax, Macintosh and carrots as part of the daily routine. Turnout is in big pastures (summer and winter) with small compatible groups. The barn has grown greatly in size since I moved in at its inception (only this past February!) but it has retained its friendly and supportive atmosphere a fantastic group of boarders and great staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure your horse is comfortable.
Sue was also a huge help to me in selling my mare it was very important to me that she go to a good home, and Sue found the ideal buyer for her. She definitely has the knack for matching up people and horses, as she also helped me to find my new gelding, a perfect fit for me!
My horses and I have enjoyed every minute at Ride Every Stride thanks Sue, you are the best !!!”

“My experience with Sue as my riding instructor was wonderful. She is a patient and caring instructor with a strong awareness for the level of both student and horse. She instills confidence and enthusiasm in her students that results in a strong desire to work hard and improve. Not only is Sue thoroughly knowledgeable in her field, but it is clear that she truly cares about the horse and has a genuine passion for her work. Her facility is superbly run, immaculate and in high demand, which is a reflection of her skill, friendly demeanor and an infectious excitement about her work.”

“I had known Sue Stricker indirectly for quite some time before actually meeting her face to face – which I had the pleasure of doing in the summer of 2005. I had recently retired my gelding due to an unfortunate injury and was beginning the search for a new dressage mount. Sue had just opened her coaching and training facility – “Ride Every Stride” and happened to have a client who had a suitable horse for sale
I was immediately impressed by what I saw – the barn was immaculate, the horses happy and her boarders very friendly and welcoming. The horse was everything Sue had promised and more. I now own Peronne and have moved her to my coach’s facility. Sue and I are still in touch and I have and will continue to recommend her facility to anyone who is looking for quality care and coaching in a friendly environment. Sue is truly a class act and I wish her every success as her business continues to grow.”

“Riding with Sue was probably the best riding experience I ever had. Even though I’ve ridden for about six years, there were still gaps in my knowledge and technique. Sue filled in those gaps and then taught me so much more. She is always patient, always encouraging and always strives to make the ideal situation happen. She switched horses until we found the best fit for me and she made time for me and my lessons. Her facility is beautiful and extremely well kept. Most of all, the horses are well taken care of and happy. Sue is very ethical and considerate in the way she treats both horse and rider. Sadly, that is a hard combination to find these days.
Sue’s employees and boarders are friendly and welcoming and I felt very comfortable with all of them. I always looked forward to going to the Barn as it meant that I’d be surrounded by friendly faces and people always willing to help and encourage. Sue wasn’t only my coach, she also became my friend.
Sue takes the time to do it right and that’s why her barn is a success.”

“We wanted our own horse! Never having owned before, and having ridden only school
horses, the task of finding a good horse that would suit both of us, mother and daughter,
seemed daunting. Sue found us a lovely, great-
Sue is a fun and patient coach, and a caring and nurturing stable owner. Her style creates a friendly, happy environment around the stable, and we think of it as our home away from home.”

“After spending lots of time and resources in an unsuccessful search for the “horse with everything for as little money as possible”, I decided to contact Sue for help. Sue was a wonderful advisor and was easily able to understand my circumstances. “We will find the right horse for you” she said. And we did. Within a week, we were traveling north to see a horse that would eventually become my own. Sue checked over the gelding with careful eyes, brought my attention to every single weakness and strength (no matter how big or small). Sue took all the pressure away, so I could focus on whether or not this horse was for me. I didn’t need to worry about been “fooled”, because Sue was there to ask all the right questions, and make it clear that we were serious buyers. Sue was able to watch me ride, and determine whether we were a good fit under saddle. Once we were sure on the horse, Sue did all the negotiating and got the price down by 35%! My experience was seamless, and I have VERY high expectations of people. I would highly recommend Sue. Whether you are looking for a horse under $5000 or over $10,000, she has the contacts and the legitimate desire to help. Horses are Sue’s life, and it is very apparent that she wants the best for both sides in all situations. Thanks Sue, you have been the precursor to a lifetime relationship I will soon be starting with my magic horse.”
